Straight Curb & Gutter Forms Commonly Ordered Sets
dee's straight curb and gutter forming system consists of a back form, face form, division plate, and top spreader. Back and front forms are standard straight flatwork forms with the back form taller than the front form.
While dee will fabricate curb and gutter front forms, back forms, division plates, and curb face forms to meet ANY curb and gutter specification, there are 5 basic industry-standard configurations for straight curb & gutter concrete placement.These most commonly ordered sets include: vertical face, battered face, bottom radius, top and bottom radius and drive over.
The following tables list the dee components required to form 100 linear feet of these five most commonly ordered straight curb and gutter setups (assuming a standard 12" curb back and a 6" gutter):
