High curb face plates

dee's high curb faceplate accessories are designed to work with straight and radius high curb forming for vertical batter, partial batter, and full batter high curbs.

Description

dee Concrete Accessories radius full (#576) and partial batter faceplates (#576P) for high curb forming are fabricated to any project-required height or batter as well as our straight partial batter straight faceplates (#278).

Our radius full batter faceplates drop onto dee's standard radius flatwork forms allowing the contractor to form a radius on full batter high curb placement. dee's drop on radius full batter faceplate locks onto the top back edge of a standard radius flatwork form using a series of thumbscrews to securely mount the full batter faceplate.

Our radius partial batter faceplates drop onto dee's standard radius flatwork forms allowing the concrete contractor to form a radius partial batter high curb by combining components. dee's drop on radius partial batter faceplates lock onto standard radius forms using only a thumbscrew to fasten the components together.

Our straight partial batter faceplates drop onto dee's straight flatwork forms allowing the contractor to form a partial batter on a straight concrete placement. dee's drop on straight partial batter high curb faceplate locks onto the top rail of a standard straight flatwork form using a bolt and a nut combination to securely mount the partial batter faceplate.

Applications

The addition of a dee #576P radius partial batter faceplate metal accessory to a standard radius form can be used to create a radius partial batter high curb form.

The radius full batter high curb faceplate accessory is used to transform a standard radius form into a full batter radius high curb form.

The straight partial batter faceplates are used to convert a concrete contractor's standard straight form into a straight partial batter high curb form saving the cost of purchasing a custom form.
