Heltzel-type filler forms

dee produces Heltzel-type 2" straight filler forms and 3" top rail filler forms that allow concrete contractors to fill gaps that can occur between two Heltzel-type straight forms or are used to combine Heltzel-type straight forms with dee's straight forms to complete a placement.

Description

dee Concrete Accessories Heltzel-type filler forms are straight filler forms for both 2" and 3" top rail forms that allow a concrete contractor to bridge the gaps between straight flatwork, curb and gutter, and high curb forms.

2" top rail filler forms

dee manufactures 2" rail filler forms (#755H) in heights from 4" to 24" in 12-gauge steel. These filler forms provide concrete contractors with the ability to use dee's straight flatwork forms with 2" top rails and combine them with virtually all major competitive same height flatwork forms with 2" rails such as:

3" top rail filler forms

dee also manufactures 3" rail filler forms (#756H) in heights from 12" to 24" providing concrete contractors with the ability to use dee's straight forms with 2" rails combined with BMF-type or Heltzel-type straight forms of the same height that have 3" top rails. Our 3" filler forms are made out of 10-gauge steel.

dee's Heltzel-type filler forms slip over the top rail of to-be-connected 2" or 3" rail forms and can be locked into place using dee's filler form locks (#688).

Applications

The Heltzel-type filler forms are used by concrete contractors to either bridge the gap between Heltzel-type 2" or 3" rail straight forms that will occur if the placement length is not evenly divisible by 10 feet or the contractor is combining dee standard straight forms with our new dee-manufactured Heltzel-type straight forms (#702H/#703H) with 2" or 3" rails.

Concrete contractors use Heltzel-type filler forms to efficiently complete straight flatwork, curb and gutter, and high curb placements.

dee's Heltzel-type 2" straight filler forms are made of 12-gauge steel, while our 3" filler forms are made out of 10-gauge steel. Both are available in standard 5-foot lengths and in heights up to 24".
